[NEWS] 120426 JYJ’s Park Yoochun receives ‘Popularity Award’ at the 48th annual Paeksang Arts Awards

The Paeksang Arts Awards were held at the Olympic Park in Seoul on April 26th, and JYJ‘s Park Yoochun received a noteworthy award.

Park Yoochun attended the 48th annual Baeksang Arts Awards hosted by Lee Hwi Jae and Kim Ah Joong, and was awarded the ‘Popularity Award‘ for his performance in ‘Miss Ripley‘.

His brother Park Yoohwan was also nominated for this award, and Yoochun remarked that he would like his brother to win.

However when asked to say a few words to Yoohwan, Park Yoochun remarked, “Yoohwan, I think it’s a bit too soon for you to win this award. Let’s work hard,” causing the other guests to explode into laughs.

The ‘Paeksang Arts Awards’ were established in 1965, awarding both the staff and cast members of television and film projects released in Korea during the past year.

[NEWS] 120426 JYJ’s Yoochun reveals he sleeps in only his underwear

Actor and JYJ member Yoochun explained that he sleeps wearing only his underwear.

At the ‘48th Paeksang Arts Awards’ which took place on April 26th, Park Sung Kwang and his Gag Concert ‘Brave Brothers‘ team put on a special congratulatory performance in which they stated, “Yoochun sleeps without any of his clothes on.”

Shortly after hearing this, a curious MC Lee Hwi Jae asked Yoochun if he truly slept in the nude, and Yoochun bashfully responded, “I sleep in my underwear.”

Yoochun was awarded the Male Popularity Award for his performance in ‘Miss Ripley‘, and he remembered to thank the fans who cast their votes in his acceptance speech.

[NEWS] 120426 Rooftop Prince makes people feel 1 Hour is SHORT!

No more comedy, unknowingly, time past.

Although the episode 11 of SBS Wednesday and Thursday drama series “Rooftop Prince” aired on April 25th, 2012 no longer has funny stories, but the intense plot brings the tense atmosphere which filled the whole 1-hour.

One of the advantage of “Rooftop Prince” is mystery and comedy interchanging, causing the cliffhanging theme which is funny.

If saying that the tense double mysteries is bringing headache, then the smiling debut of flowery confidant trio, coupled with the romance between Lee Gak (Park Yoochun) and Park Ha (Han Ji Min), are giving a feast to the eyes of viewers. On the other hand, with the unfolding of the story, the love in the heart and tears of Lee Gak and Park Ha are firmly grasping the heart of audience.

Meanwhile, in the last few episodes, the plot which was more concentrating in comedy rather than story has drew criticisms.

But after episode 11 was aired, all worry is dispelled. The disappearing foreshadow hint, the mobile phone, reappears. Lee Gak begins to resolve the secret of missing of Yong Tae Yong. Lee Gak investigates the person who is suspicious in the missing of Yong Tae Yong, Yong Tae Mu (Lee Tae Sung) and coerces him.
